Yes, if you are affiliated with a tertiary institution, District Health Board or other AMRF-recognised organisation in the Greater Auckland or Northland regions of New Zealand. If you're not sure of your eligibility, ask by using the Get in Touch form at the bottom of this page.

We promote research of high scientific value and purpose in order to improve the medical care of all New Zealanders.

After creating an account you can submit your application for medical research funding. This will be sent to the institution with which you're associated for entry in their records, and will then be assessed by subject matter experts and considered by the AMRF Board. When the process is complete the Board's decision will be advised by email message.
